What is Dye Sublimation Printing?
Sublimation printing is the application of sublimation inks onto a surface using a heat press to provide the required combination of heat, time and pressure. This combination causes the inks to be converted from a solid to a gaseous state enabling them to penetrate the sublimatable surface so that a permanent, full colour image is formed. The colour penetrates the surface of the item so that the result is colourful, long lasting and resistant to scratching unlike some other printing methods that merely print onto the surface of the item.
What are Dye Sublimation Inks?
Dye sublimation inks are basically a formulation of different colored dyes suspended in liquids that will pass through a digital printer.
What cannot be Sublimation printed?
<p>Cotton fabric and garments. Because dye sublimation printing is always done on a polyester, polymer, or polymer coated items (see above). It is possible to sublimation print a cotton fabric but the image will wash out within a few washes.</p><p><br></p>
How long does it take to get Dye Sublimation Products delivered from Max Displays?
<p>We offer most Dye Sublimation products in a matter of days. In emergency situations we can often overnight printing.<br></p>
Can I print Single or Double sided
All corflute signs can be printed single or double sided in 5mm & 3mm thickness.<br>
Can I have two different artwork on each side ?
Yes you can, cost remains the same for same or different artwork.<br>
Can I use it outdoor ?
Corflute are printed with UV inks, prints can last between 1 to 3 years outdoor life depending on the sun. <br>
Can waveline printed Double sided ?
Yes you can have single or double sided with same or different images.<br>
Can this wall be easily transported ?
Wavline wall can be easily folded & stored, it can fit into the front seat of standard car. <br>
What is Corflute ?
Corflute is a lightweight corrugated plastic sheet, suitable for indoors & outdoors. They are widely used for real-estate signs, election & construction signs.<br>
Can I get shopping center height, 1400mm ?
Yes, we have shopping center height, pls. refer to detailed price list.<br>
Any tools required to assemble ?
No tools required to assemble the plinths, they are a breeze to assemble.<br>
How long does it take to be printed
All printed tables can be shipped in 2 days time from order.<br>
What are the shapes and sizes can be made?
Standard sizes Square, rectangle and circle can be made, standard heights are up-to 2400mm. Custom heights are possible.<br>
What types of printing can be done ?
We are print direct over the tower and also you can have printed sock to have snug fit over the tower for cosmetic look.<br>
Is it double sided printing on same banner ?
Two separate banners are inserted into the same hardware. You have the flexibility to use it single or double sided. <br>
How I turn off one sided of the banner.
You need to pull out the banner which you want to view.<br>

Max Displays are trade printers with in-house fabric dye sublimation machines. We bring our own fabric material reducing the local reseller cost and passing on the savings to our valuable clients.<div><br></div>

Does Max Displays Australia print in-house ?
Yes, we print all our branding in-house. Our in-house print material includes Rigid and flexible includes Banners, Vinyls, Corflute, PVC, acrylic, all fabric, vehicle prints and many more.
